About the role
Join Quamin as Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer to run operations, customer delivery, and go-to-market for an autonomous AI cybersecurity company (RASP, Netguard, AI SOC, and related services). You will scale delivery, partnerships, and operational excellence where trust, security, and compliance are central to every customer relationship. This is a co-founder role with material equity. Mandatory experience: prior leadership in a cybersecurity context — for example security software vendor, MSSP, Big Four / advisory security practice, or enterprise security / risk program — is required; this is not a generic operations-only role outside the security industry.
Requirements
• MANDATORY: 8+ years in operations, delivery, GTM, or professional services, including at least 4 years in cybersecurity (vendor, MSS, consulting, or enterprise security leadership)
• MANDATORY: Track record scaling customer success, professional services, channel/partners, or revenue operations in B2B technology, ideally security, cloud, or compliance-adjacent
• Strong command of enterprise security buying cycles, RFP/RFI, and trust signals (SOC 2, ISO 27001 familiarity, security questionnaires)
• Executive stakeholder and board-ready communication; hiring and org design for scale
• Willingness to work as co-founder with equity-based compensation; base location Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid) or as mutually agreed for leadership
