About the role
Join Quamin as Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer to own end-to-end technology and product security strategy for a cybersecurity product company. You will lead engineering for Quamin RASP, Quamin Netguard, AI SOC-style automation, and secure cloud, identity, and data architectures for enterprise customers. This is a co-founder role with material equity, board-level impact, and hands-on technical leadership. Mandatory experience: you must have substantial prior work in cybersecurity (not only general software or IT leadership) — for example product security, application security, cloud security, detection/response, or security architecture at scale, alongside proven engineering leadership.
Requirements
• MANDATORY: 8+ years total experience, including at least 4 years in cybersecurity (application/product security, cloud security, detection engineering, SOC/platform security, or security architecture) — not only generic app development
• MANDATORY: Proven leadership building and scaling engineering or security product teams; startup or high-growth B2B/SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Deep technical strength in at least two of: runtime security and RASP patterns, network and cloud security, Kubernetes and identity (zero trust), secure SDLC, threat modeling, production reliability and security governance
• Ability to set technical roadmaps, hire leaders, and represent engineering with customers, partners, and investors
• Willingness to work as co-founder with equity-based compensation; base location Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid) or as mutually agreed for leadership
